This guide will show you how to lodge a new work task.
1. Go to Tenancies or properties tab on the left side bar.
2. Select the tenancy or property that you would like to create a work task for.
3. Click WORK & MAINT from the top menu.
4. In the table, click + New Work Task.
5. In the first table on the left, fill in the following:
- Date reported
- Priority (from dropdown)
- Work type (from dropdown)

6. Click save at the top.
Note: A new table has appeared above Tenant Acknowledgment. This is an SLA Timer as per the screenshot. This timer changes depending on the priority you choose. See here what an SLA is.
7. In WORK ARRANGEMENTS table fill in the following fields:
A) Arranging work (from the dropdown)

- Select Zavanti User if the work is being arranged by a LinkPeople staff member

Select Legal Owner if you are sending a request for the owner to arrange work themselves.
B) User (This field appears after selecting who is arranging the work) Select the owner's name or yourself as the Zavanti user.

Acknowledgement of responsibility (tick box)
8. Save at the top.
How to add work details
- Click on WORK DETAILS from the menu along the top.
- In the table on the left, click + New Work Detail
- Fill in the following:
- Location (using the magnifying glass)
- Description
- Estimated Amount
Note: The estimated amount can be left blank if you have selected that the legal owner is arranging the work.
Save and Close
