We use Office 365 to automatically block SPAM emails as well as any emails with a Virus or Malware embedded in it. Blocking SPAM is a bit of an art form and it's not something that we can get right 100% of the time. Occasionally SPAM will slip through our defences and into your Inbox and occasionally we will block a legitimate email as SPAM.
How to find an email that's been classified as SPAM
You can see all the messages that have been identified as SPAM by looking in your Junk Email folder in Outlook. If you find we have blocked a legitimate email you can simply drag it to your Inbox. You can also set a sender up as a safe sender so that we will never block any emails from them again by highlighting the email and clicking Home --> Junk --> Never Block Sender.
How to deal with SPAM getting into your Inbox
You can highlight an email in Outlook and click Home --> Junk --> Block Sender. If you find you are consistently getting SPAM in your Inbox then please let the Helpdesk know by emailing helpdesk@wisegroup.co.nz
