How to offer a property

For an application to progress from the wait list - or pending - state it needs to be offered a property. This is done from the Application itself.

1. Click on Applications under Housing to view all current applications.
   
   
   
2. Search or find the application you wish to offer a property to.
   
   
   
3. Navigate to the OFFERED PROPERTIES tab.
   
   
   
4. To offer them a property choose + New Offered Property on the grid.
   
   
   
5. Under the Offered Property heading, click the magnifying glass - this will bring up the available properties you can offer.
   Note: The system will only show vacant, tenantable properties in this list.
   
   
   
6. Complete the Date viewing arranged.
   
   
   
7. Complete the Date offer communicated.
   
   
   
8. Complete offer outcome.
   Note: If declined, see here what to do.
   
   
   
9. Complete the offer accepted date.
   
   
   
10. Complete any other comments relating to this offer property.
11. Save and Close.

How to complete the "BOS SHR" check in Zavanti

1. Open the application.
2. On the ‘PERSONAL DETAILS’ tab.
3. Toggle ‘BOS SHR checked’ so it says ‘Yes’.
   
4. Save and close the record.
