My Team | Compliance Driving Status - report guide

Follow

This guide will show you how to use the My Team Compliance report in PowerBI

What does the report do?

This report shows you the people that report to you, and whether they fulfil the requirements to drive a Wise Group vehicle.

Those requirements are:

  • Have a current driver's licence, and have their driver's licence number and expiry recorded in Cornerstone ("Has driver license in CS" column)
  • Have agreed to the Wise Group Safe Vehicle Policy, through Cornerstone (the "Policy" column)
  • Have been recorded in Driver Check, and have a current, valid licence displayed there (the "Driver check" column).

If all these are okay/green then the 'Can Drive' column will be yes, and that person can drive a Wise Group vehicle.

The report will also show you whether they have been setup in EROAD (so they can book a vehicle) and their License state (Learner*, Restricted, Full, International, Temporary paper, or if it is Expired)

(* kaimahi on a current Learner license are not permitted to drive a fleet vehicle even when accompanied by another person)

How do I correct mistakes and make changes?

If you think information is wrong, then contact cornerstone@wisegroup.co.nz

If you're seeing people who shouldn't be there (incorrect manager, team, or cost centre data) then see How to fix people with the wrong team, cost centre, or manager. Hint: this usually needs a Variation to Employment Agreement.

Anything else - email cornerstone@wisegroup.co.nz or use the Cornerstone support request eForm.

Where does the data come from?

This is Cornerstone and EROAD data, refreshed daily. Anyone who's licence status changes in Driver Check is manually updated in Cornerstone by the Recruitment team.

What data is included?

Data from the employee records of employees that are currently employed. By default this is everyone in your reporting line (in Cornerstone). People can be granted access to see more.

What data is excluded?

  • People who have left.
  • New starters (until after their first day).
  • People that don't report up to you (and that you haven't been given special access to).

Who gets access?

All managers (employees who have a current staff member reporting to them) should automatically get access to the report, and their reporting line.

If you need to check why someone doesn't have access then contact helpdesk@wisegroup.co.nz.

To request access request access for a non-manager or to add additional cost centres or teams raise a Data access request.
