This guide will show you how to configure your Voicemail greeting message in Microsoft Teams.
- In Microsoft Teams, click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner, then click on Settings.
2. Click on Calls in the left-hand side menu.
3. To record a greeting scroll down to Manage Voicemail and click Record a greeting.
4. Follow the prompts to record your greeting message.
