This guide will show you how to opt out of a Microsoft Teams call queue.
Follow these steps to turn off incoming calls from a call Queue.
1. In Microsoft Teams click on the 3 dots next to your profile picture in the top right-hand corner and click Settings.
2. Choose Calls from the left-hand menu. Click on the sliders next to the Queue to turn on or off incoming calls from that queue.
