This guide will show you how you can set up a delegate in Microsoft Teams that can make and receive calls on your behalf.
Delegates can make and receive calls on your behalf. They'll be notified when you change call settings to send your calls to them.
- Go to Settings in Microsoft Teams, by clicking on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner.
- Go to Calls from the menu list
- Scroll down to Manage delegates and click on Add a delegate
- Type in your delegates name and select them from the drop down.
Note: This will automatically send them a notification to let them know that they have been made a delegate. - Select what permissions you would like to give them.
