How do I get to my OneDrive files?
You can get to your OneDrive files from The Well under the Resources menu as an Office 365 app.

How do I share a document with someone inside the organisation?
From the browser view of One Drive, right click on a file and choose Share
Enter in the email address of the person you wish to share with, assign either view or edit permissions

How do I see files shared with me?
Files that have been shared with you show up under the Share section of One Drive in the browser view
You can also view which files you've shared by clicking on "Shared by me" in the browser view
How can I see shared files in File Explorer?
Shared files can be viewed in file explorer. To do this a few steps will need to be completed. Your friendly helpdesk can walk through this one time process by created a synchronised folder on your computer. The end result is shared folders appear in your File Explorer view.
Can I get to my OneDrive files from my phone?
OneDrive has an app that can be downloaded from the app store. Once installed, sign in with your work email address and work password, and your files will be at your fingertips.
How do I roll back changes to a document, or see who made changes?
OneDrive has a feature called Version History. Right click on a file from the browser view and choose Version History. Here you can see all the major versions of a file, as well as who changed it and when. Click on the elipse ( . . .) next to the version to view or restore this version. Restoring will create a new version of the file.
How long do files stay in the Recycle bin until they are deleted permanently?
When you delete a file, they are stored in the Recycle Bin for the 30 days. After this, files are permanently deleted.
