Using templates has now become even easier. Templates for either Word or PowerPoint are now available directly within their respective programme. 

The following guidelines are the same regardless whether you are using Word or PowerPoint.

1. Open either Word or SharePoint

2. Click on New 

3. Select Wise Group to see the different templates available to you.

 

A template gives you a quick start towards creating a document. Using templates ensures a consistent style of formatting throughout your document and saves time having to recreate the document every time.


Every time a template is used, you are in fact making a copy of the template therefore leaving the “master” copy intact. Templates consist of static pieces of information.
