If you do not have access to the word desktop app you can edit files online. This guide will take you through the steps to edit a word documents online.
This guide is helpful for Pathways kaimahi that do not have access to the desktop word app but need to fill out word forms such as the annual fire evacuation procedure knowledge check.
- Download the word document you wish to edit by opening the document in your browser, then click the 3 dots -> click Download.
- Go to the waffle menu in the top left-hand corner of your browser and click on Word.
- Select Upload a file and find the document you just downloaded.
Tip: This should be in your download folder
- You should now be able to fill out the word document.
- Once you are finished editing the document file on File in the top left-hand corner, then click Export -> Download as a PDF.
- You now have a filled out copy of the word document that you can send to people or upload as evidence.
