Using this report

This report shows the Roster Template Hours in EmpLive by Cohort and Service

Roster Templates should match the contracted hours and not include casuals or terminated employees.

Where does this data come from?

This is EmpLive data, refreshed approximately 7am daily.

What does the data mean?

Roster Template Hours: Total of the Rostered shifts on the roster template excluding meal breaks (estimated).

Contracted Hours: Total of contracted Hours on the Roster Template

Zero Contract: Casuals and any other with no contracted hours, this includes terminated employees

Unfilled: Total of unfilled shifts (can be more than one)

Variance: Difference between the Roster Templated hours and the Contracted Hours + Unfilled hours

* means there are employees in multiple roster templates

Exceptions

A variance will show when an employee is on multiple roster templates so both templates will have a variance
