When you are updated to Windows 11 there are a few things that are different. Check out the help guide below to see the changes and learn a few tips and tricks.
Right-click options
When you right-click for options you will see a menu pop up, in the table below you will see the changes between Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Note: If you click on Show more options it will take you to the old version as above.

With Windows 11 these options are now icons rather than text.

Quick settings
In the bar at the bottom of your screen you will be able to easily access your quick settings, this was hidden in the notifications bar. You can access this by clicking where the wifi, battery, sound icons are.

Notifications centre
When you click on the notifications centre in the bottom right-hand corner you will now see your notifications and your calendar.

Widgets
Widgets have been moved from the bottom right over to the start icon side

Maximise/Minimise
If you hover over the maximise/minimise button on a tab you will be able to place windows on certain parts of the screen. This is handy if you would like to see 2 windows at the same time, you will be able to easily split your screen.
Start menu
The start menu (Windows icon) has changed, in Windows 11 use the search bar at the top of the window to search for the app you need.

Sign out
The sign out options have moved, click on your the start button (windows icon) and then click on your name to see account options e.g., lock or sign out.
Tip: If you press the Windows key + L this will automatically lock your device. This is important if you are walking away from your device.

Shutdown/Restart
The shutdown and restart options have moved, to get to these click on the start button (windows icon) and then click the power button.
