Here to Help u | iPhone users - how to set up MFA with iOS

'Here to help u' requires users to set up Multi-factor authentication. This guide will show you how to set this up on an Apple device, without installing any third party apps. 

On your Desktop - Sign in to Here to Help u

If you're using App Authentication for the first time, click Sign in, then select Authenticator App from the list of MFA options.

This will take you to the following screen (note that you do not need to install Microsoft Authenticator!)

On your Phone:  

Open up Passwords from the Settings menu

Click on the + at the top to add a new site 

Enter your login details for 'Here to help u' (sign in URL as below)

Click 'Set Up Verification Code...'

Click 'Scan QR Code'

Scan the QR code you see on screen, then input the verification code from your phone.

Each time you need to authenticate, find the Verification Code in your Passwords app.
