How to Add an Email Account to Your iPhone / iPad

You can add your work email to Apple mail by following the steps below, however, we recommend using the Outlook app.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll down to Apps


  3. Find Mail 


  4. Click Mail Accounts.


  5. Click Add Account


  6. Click Microsoft Exchange.


  7. Fill in your work email address and a description, then click next. This will take you to the sign in page for Wise Group where you will need to authenticate your account


  8. Once a you have successfully logged in you will be able to select what is synced to your phone, click Save.


This can take a few minutes to sync all of your emails across to your phone, having a good internet connection will help to speed this up.
