How to Add an Email Account to Your iPhone / iPad

You can add your work email to Apple mail by following the steps below, however, we recommend using the Outlook app.

  1. Go to Settings, on the left-hand side scroll down to Mail



  2. Click Accounts.



  3. Click Add Account



  4. Click Microsoft Exchange.



  5. Fill in your work email address and a description, then click next. This will take you to the sign in page for Wise Group where you will need to authenticate your account



  6. Once a you have successfully logged in you will be able to select what is synced to your phone, click Save.



This can take a few minutes to sync all of your emails across to your phone, having a good internet connection will help to speed this up.
