Activate Visa Card and set PIN

Please ignore the instructions that are attached to your card in the letter from ASB and use the instructions below.

To activate the Visa credit card, call 0800 373 272.  This is an automated service.  It will ask you for a code to verify who you are.  Your code was provided to you by ASB via email. If you don't have it, contact your finance support team.   Once the system has verified who you are you can set your PIN.

Note – the code expires after 14 days, so please activate your card as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can go into an ASB banking branch to activate your card and set your PIN.   You will need to have photo ID with you.

If you have a personal account with ASB Bank you can log onto your personal ASB app and activate your new business card from there.  If you want to hide your business Visa from your personal ASB account refer to the instructions here.
