Receipt Management with Visa Spend Manager

You can upload receipts from the app using your phone, or email receipts to a unique email address.

Upload by app

It is recommended to upload receipts on the go, meaning you won’t ever lose a receipt again!!

You can either take a photo with your regular camera and upload, or take directly from the app.

You can attach a receipt from the expenses or receipts part of the menu, the process is the same.

Use the hamburger menu (three lines) to get to either Expenses or Receipts.

Tap the plus sign from the top of the menu on the mobile app.

Select either receipts from your photos or receipt using the camera.

The receipt will then pop into the receipt library. If the receipt is legible and able to be matched, when the expense comes through the system it should automatically link it to the right transaction. If not, it will wait in the library for you to link when you code.

Please note, expenses are updated in the app overnight.

In your receipts library you can see both your linked (already attached to a transaction) or unlinked receipts.

Upload by email

You will be given a personalised email address that you can email receipts to eg. 

eoto.u.xxxx.xxxxx@receipt-upload.com.

This is especially useful for purchases online where you have an electronic receipt.

Just forward the receipt as an attachment to the email address you’ve been given and it will turn up in your receipts library.

Please be aware that emailed receipts need to be in PDF format as an attachment.  Meaning that if your receipt is located in the body of the email, you will need to convert the email to a PDF document and then forward this attachment to your unique email address.

Unlink a receipt from a transaction.

Should you accidentally link a receipt to the incorrect transaction, Go to the transaction, click on the receipt.

in the bottom right there will be an option for you to unlink.  The receipt will then be unlinked in your receipts library.
