To have your pronouns shown on your email signature or business cards, they need to be selected in Cornerstone. Here's how:
Log into to Cornerstone, under My Hub select Update My Details
ββIn the Personal information section select Email Signature
Select Personal data change as the reason for change and choose the preferred pronoun option*.
Then click on Submit. That's it - there's no approval, your pronouns are set.
