This guide will show you how to invite people to your cohort so that they can complete a self-assessment.
- Open the link in the welcome email you were sent - This is your cohort portal.
2. In the respondent tile enter in the email address of the person you would like to invite, then click Add Respondent.
3. Continue to add email addresses that you would like to invite.
4. Once you have listed all of the email addresses, click on Send Invitations. This will send a welcome email to each respondent with a unique link for them to complete the self-assessment.
If you want to add more people after you have sent an invite you can add more email addresses and click Send Invitations again - it will only send to those that have not yet been sent an email.
Note: You can see who you have sent an invite to in the invite sent column, if this is yes an email has been sent.
