- Navigate to Work Tasks under Properties.
- Filter to show All Work Tasks
- Use the search function to find the work task you are currently working on and double-click to open.
- In the second table on the right, under Tenant Acknowledgement, select the form of contact you have used to notify the tenant of the maintenance being lodged.
