How to check if the ‘RTLL’ VOID is added to the property
Note: Wise Property Solutions (WPS) can only continue with the property hand back process if the correct VOID is applied to the property. This VOID is the ‘RTLL’ which is, ‘Return to Landlord’.
This guidance will show you how to check and if required, change the VOID category on the property that is being handed back. If the VOID is ‘RTLL’, then see here the next steps.
- Click on Properties under Properties to view all current Properties.
- Search or find the Property you wish to update the VOID category for.
- On the GENERAL tab, scroll down until you see the VOID CHECKLISTS table.
- Click on the current Void category.
Note: Click on the grey row, not the blue hyperlink. - The top row will show you the current category. If this is NOT ‘RTLL’, click the ‘X’ to remove.
- Using the magnifying glass, search for the correct category.
- Click to apply.
- Save the record.

- Click on Properties under Properties to view all current Properties.
- Search or find the Property you wish to complete the RTLL VOID for.
- On the GENERAL tab, scroll down until you see the table for VOID CHECKLIST.
- Double-click on the current VOID checklist. The category should be ‘RTLL’.
- Ensure all other checklist items have been completed, a number of these are done outside of the system.
- Fill in the dates for:
- Outgoing Inspection
- Bond Refund Forms
- Date of handover
- Keys returned to owner
- Notify Finance to stop paying rent
- Property deactivated in system
- Save and close the record.
