How to create a client contact

If a client is not currently in Zanavti you will be able to manually create the client following the steps below. 

  1. Click on Contacts under People to view all current Contacts or Clients.
  2. To create a new client, click on the + New button in the top menu bar.


  3. First select the Contact type as 'Client' and then complete the Summary tab, enter as much information as you have about the client.

    Note: Some fields are mandatory, these are marked with a red asterisk. You will not be allowed to save the record without ALL the mandatory fields being entered.

  4. Complete the Address tab, enter as much information as you have about the client the click Save.


  5. Click on the Support tab and fill out as much information as you can.


  6. On EMERGENCY CONTACTS, add relevant information.


  7. On DEMOGRAPHICS, add relevant information.


  8. On PETS, add relevant information.
    • Click + New Pet Register.


    • Complete all the information you have on the client’s pet, once complete, save & close.
