If a client is not currently in Zanavti you will be able to manually create the client following the steps below.
- Click on Contacts under People to view all current Contacts or Clients.
- To create a new client, click on the + New button in the top menu bar.
- First select the Contact type as 'Client' and then complete the Summary tab, enter as much information as you have about the client.
Note: Some fields are mandatory, these are marked with a red asterisk. You will not be allowed to save the record without ALL the mandatory fields being entered.
- Complete the Address tab, enter as much information as you have about the client the click Save.
- Click on the Support tab and fill out as much information as you can.
- On EMERGENCY CONTACTS, add relevant information.
- On DEMOGRAPHICS, add relevant information.
- On PETS, add relevant information.
- Click + New Pet Register.
- Complete all the information you have on the client’s pet, once complete, save & close.
- Click + New Pet Register.
