Microsoft Authenticator App for Mobile Phones

The Microsoft Authenticator App is another convenient layer of protection to make sure it's you when resetting your password.  To begin, search for Authenticator in the Google Play store app on the mobile phone.

Press the Install button.  Then press Open once the app is downloaded.

Read through the Privacy statement if you wish and press Agree.

Then choose to sign in with a Work or School Account.  

Enter in your work email address.

You will then be brought to a Wise Group branded page to enter your password.

To verify your identity, you will have the option to either get a code sent via text to your mobile phone or via an automated phone call.  Choose an option to receive the code.

Enter the code you received and press Verify.  

Once the code is verified, the Authenticator app will be activated.  For any future password reset requests, your account can be verified by the Authenticator App.
