Locked account and Password reset

Have you ever come back to work after a great holiday full of sun, sand and relaxation only to discover you’ve forgotten all your passwords and have gotten yourself locked out? It’s ok, we’ve all been there.

 

If you find yourself unable to log in to Visa Spend Clarity here’s a handy dandy guide on how to get yourself back in and coding again in no time.

 

With 3 incorrect password attempts Visa Spend Clarity will put a temporary lock on your account – no need to panic or contact anyone at this stage – simply wait 15-30 minutes and the temporary lock will lift.

 

After your time out has ended return to the Spend Clarity login page here you will find a link to reset your password

Click “Forgotten your password?” and follow the prompts on screen.

Your username is your work email address.

Fill out both sections and click submit, an email with instructions will then arrive in your inbox, please note this may not be immediate.  In the email there will be a link to reset your password.

Click the link and follow the steps on screen and click save.

Which will then re-direct you back to the login screen where you should be able to login using your brand new shiny password.
