Onboarding is the step where we collect information from new starters that will be kept on their employee record for our systems and payroll.
We recommended new starters get this filled out as soon as possible to ensure everything is set up for their start date.
This is done in our HR and recruitment system, Cornerstone. Also known as the "Wise Group career site".
How to complete an onboarding form:
First, log into Cornerstone (the Wise Group HR system) using your current log-in details that you have used throughout the recruitment process.
Your home page should look like the following:
Under Your Action Items you will be able to click on each form to fill out your details.
You can then fill out your details. To see more about each requirement please check out our help guide on Wise group onboarding requirements.
Once you have filled out all sections in the form/s, you can review, sign, and submit it for approval.
