Setup Forwarding on a Shared Mailbox

Follow these steps to set up mail forwarding on a shared mailbox.  This is most easily accomplished using Outlook on the Web, which you will find in The Well under the Resources tab under the Office 365 apps heading.

Once Outlook on the Web has loaded, click on the area of your profile photo in the top right hand corner.  Then click on Open another mailbox.

Type in the name of the shared mailbox and click on Open.

Once the shared mailbox loads, click on the settings cog in the top right hand corner.

Scroll to the bottom of settings and click on View all Outlook settings.

Make sure Mail is selected on the left, then click on Forwarding.  Tick the box for Enable forwarding, then type in the address to forward mail to, then click on Save.
