If you can no longer attend a workshop or session, make sure to withdraw from the session to let the event administrators know and open your spot for another user to attend.
Go to Cornerstone under My Learning click on Active Training to open up your training record.
Click on the blue arrow on the right-hand side of the training you can no longer attend, select Withdraw.
Select the reason why you’re withdrawing, any comments you may have, and click Submit.
Your manager will receive an email informing them of your withdrawal from this training.
Note: If the workshop is within 24-48hrs, you may not be able to withdraw as registration will have closed. Please let the training contact know directly as they may need to rearrange catering or other arrangements.
Remember, deleting the session from your outlook calendar won’t withdraw you from the training, you need to withdraw in Cornerstone.
