For both Outlook and Outlook on the Web (OWA), you can save an email as a PDF by choosing Print then either Print to PDF (Outlook) or Save as PDF (OWA). Follow along for step by step instructions using either Outlook or Outlook on the Web.
Outlook
To save an email as a PDF in Outlook, follow the steps below
Select the email you would like to PDF and then go to File then Print.
Select the Microsoft Print to PDF printer, then press Print
Type in a name for the PDF and choose a location to save the file, then press Save
Outlook on the Web
To save an email to a PDF using Outlook on the Web (OWA), follow these steps
Open the OWA mail client from The Well
Select the email you would like to PDF
Click on the elipse (three dots) to show the options menu, then select Print
Press the Print icon
Choose Save as PDF for the destination printer, then press Save
Type in a name for the file and choose a location, then press Save
