Thank you for Sharing
Sharing is caring, but sometimes the Shared with me folder on One Drive can become swamped. Microsoft have made a change to help keep the caring under control with a new action “Remove from shared list”
Hey! What’s this button do?
Gone is the dangerous delete option, instead the Remove from shared list simply removes the file from sight in the Shared with me section of One Drive in the browser. You still have access to the file someone shared with you, and you can find it again using the Search field.
Focus with filter
Another useful tool is the Filter Pane, which can help find files by type, when it was modified, or by who shared the file with you
