Regretting that email you just sent? Don't sweat it, If you're quick enough these emails can be retrieved. Keep in mind, this only works if the recipient has not yet opened the email.
1 ) Go to your "Sent Items"
2 ) Double click on the message in question
3 ) Under "Actions" , the option to retrieve can be found
From this point you'll be given the option to either delete or replace the sent message

Thanks - hopefully I don't have to use it . Good to know that it is this easy to retrieve an email
You have to be really fast especially these days when people check mail on their phones. I did this recently but it got through anyway. Best plan, be really really savvy with the send button!
